We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team—someone with experience in independently managing relationships with large international clients, who can build authority within a team of experienced engineers through solid technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Building and independently leading delivery relationships with clients from the US and Asia—you are responsible for the final business outcome, not just team availability.
Implementation & Portfolio Management: Overseeing the technical implementation of a South Korean solution for the Polish market and efficiently managing a portfolio of 3–5 small-scale projects (teams of 1–3 people) in the media/streaming industry for US clients.
Technical Autonomy & Estimations: Leading architectural meetings, estimations, and tech discussions without CTO involvement—you know how to challenge the team on estimation details and translate technical aspects into client benefits.
Budget Control & Early Escalation: Continuously monitoring project profitability and acting immediately on risks—escalating issues early when there is still time for corrective action and renegotiation with the client.
Pragmatic AI-driven Delivery: Organizing team workflows in iterations/cycles (e.g., PDCA) using AI tools and Agents within the software development lifecycle—free from unnecessary bureaucracy or rigid formal ceremonies.
Operational Execution: Efficiently managing core documentation and operational formalities (contracts, purchase orders, invoices, risk registers).

Our perfect match(Must Have)

Experience & Stability: 5–8+ years of experience in delivery.
Client Management Mastery: Proven experience with full, independent accountability for client relationships.
Technical Proficiency & Autonomy: Architectural understanding that enables you to independently lead technical meetings and estimations without CTO participation. Comfort navigating AWS services, AI model types, local vs. cloud inference (inference vs. training), as well as GPU/NPU utilization and hardware trends.
Extreme Autonomy: Independent planning and closure of project cycles (e.g., PDCA).
Escalation Mindset: Early identification and escalation of risks (especially budget-related) while there is still time to react.
Modern Agile & SDLC: Clear understanding of how AI and AI Agents transform the modern software development lifecycle.
Competence-Based Authority: Experience working with small senior teams without formal authority—the key is the subject-matter value you bring to the table.
Language & Communication: Fluent English (C1/C2), strong empathy, and respect for cultural diversity.
Administrative & Operational Knowledge: Basic understanding of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and risk registers necessary for smooth onboarding and execution.
