Senior System Analyst (AI-First)

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering (Initiation): Collecting information from stakeholders and users regarding what the system needs to accomplish.
• Analysis & Modeling (Defining the Target State): Creating process and data models (e.g., in UML) to clearly map the system's operational logic.
• Solution Design: Transforming business requirements into technical architecture and functional specifications for developers.
• Implementation & Testing: Supporting the development team during coding and verifying that the delivered product strictly meets requirements.
• Maintenance & Evolution: Monitoring system performance and driving ongoing enhancements.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Project Autonomy: Proven experience in at least 5 delivered projects, with at least 3 handled completely independently.
• Hands-on AI Setup: A proven, active AI setup (custom rules, repositories, scripts, IDE configurations) that measurably speeds up your analytical work.
• Vibe Coding Skills: Practical experience in building your own tools, analytical scripts, and rapid prototypes to profile data and validate client requirements.
• Process Mastery: Deep understanding of process modeling and notation techniques, treating analysis as a structured, end-to-end workflow.
• Languages:
  • Native or fluent Polish (essential for conducting workshops and analysis on-site in Warsaw).
  • Fluent English (essential for direct collaboration with international clients).
• Multitasking & Systems Thinking: A proven personal workflow allowing you to efficiently manage 2–3 concurrent projects without compromising quality or control.

• Experience with open-source core or ERP platforms (e.g., OpenMercato, Frappe, Odoo).
• Domain experience in financial systems, capital markets, or asset management.
• Your own structured vibe coding framework, prompt libraries, or custom rules.
