CONTEXT AND CHALLENGE

WaMa Innovation Hub supports Polish SMEs and public institutions by providing free access to expert consultancy services, including data potential analysis, AI/ML/RPA feasibility audits, technology benchmarking, and proof-of-concept work carried out on real organisational data.

The project is part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network and is funded under Priority II of the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) 2021–2027 Programme. As a technology partner, we deliver a free consultancy package focused on applied Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), supporting organisations in assessing feasibility and testing solutions in practice.

Digital transformation has become a priority for many Polish SMEs and public institutions, but access to specialised technical expertise and practical validation remains limited. Organisations often face challenges in assessing how technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation can be applied effectively to their systems and processes.

WaMa Innovation Hub was created to address this gap by providing free, hands-on support through the European Digital Innovation Hubs network. The project enables organisations to explore modernisation opportunities, test feasibility, and validate solutions with the support of experienced technology and research partners.

Project objective

To support Polish SMEs and public institutions by providing free consultancy services that help assess data potential, evaluate the feasibility of AI, ML, and RPA applications, compare existing technologies with market solutions, and test selected approaches through proof-of-concept work on real organisational data.

Scope and approach

Within the WaMa programme (2023–2026), participating organisations can access a set of free consultancy services delivered by 7bulls.com. These services include data potential analysis, AI/ML/RPA feasibility audits, technology benchmarking, and proof-of-concept work carried out on real organisational data.

Services delivered by 7bulls (free consultancy package)

Data potential analysis

Identifying how an organisation’s data can support automation, reduce costs, and generate new revenue. The service focuses on analysing existing data assets and their potential use in digital transformation initiatives.

AI/ML/RPA feasibility audit

Assessing the feasibility of applying Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation to specific business challenges. The audit helps determine where intelligent technologies can be effectively used within existing systems and processes.

Technology benchmarking

Comparing current tools and technologies with available market solutions to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Proof of Concept (PoC)

Testing AI, ML, or RPA solutions on real organisational data to evaluate their practical application and measurable business impact.

Experimental Development

Who the project is for

  • Polish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking support in digital transformation and access to specialised expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
  • Public sector organisations and public institutions in Poland participating in initiatives that support digitalisation and the adoption of modern technologies,
  • Organisations interested in assessing the applicability of AI, ML, and RPA, using services such as data potential analysis, feasibility audits, technology benchmarking, and proof-of-concept work
