Java PL/SQL Developer

Your responsibilities (together with the team):

• Development and maintenance of systems based on Java (version 11 or newer)
• Maintenance and development of code in Oracle PL/SQL
• Modernization of PL/SQL code and its migration to Java
• Supporting the development of tools for PL/SQL-to-Java migration
• Creating and maintaining unit and integration tests
• Documenting the developed code

The ideal candidate:

• Has over 5 years of experience working with Java 17 or newer
• Can effectively write code in Oracle PL/SQL (at least 1 year of experience)
• Knows the basics of the Linux environment
• Is eager to learn and explore new technologies

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle Forms technology
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and PL/pgSQL
• Understanding of database optimization topics (AWR, query plans)
• Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration (version 9i or newer)
