We are looking for an independent Fullstack Developer who enjoys seeing the real business impact of their work, treats AI tools as a natural part of everyday software development, and combines technical expertise with strong engineering judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Design and Development: Designing and developing a scalable backend architecture using Node.js. Building intuitive, responsive user interfaces in React for dynamic operational dashboards.
System Integrations and Data Aggregation: Collaborating on designing integration contracts (APIs) that enable efficient ingestion, mapping, and normalization of data from external systems such as EDC, CTMS, and eTMF platforms.‍
Maximizing Efficiency Through: Actively leverage AI-powered development tools on a daily basis to increase coding speed and quality. Utilizing AI for tasks such as automated unit and integration test generation, code assistance, and AI-supported code reviews.
‍AI Output Validation and Quality Assurance: Serving as the final quality gatekeeper by critically reviewing, optimizing, and refactoring AI-generated code with a focus on performance, maintainability, and security.‍
Agile Development: Participating actively in Scrum processes. Working closely with Product Leads and Data Scientists to deliver platform milestones efficiently and iteratively.‍
Compliance and Security: Developing solutions that comply with strict data protection standards, including:
- Processing Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Full auditability of application code and user actions

Requirements (Must-Have)

Experience: Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in a similar Fullstack Developer role and at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using Node.js and React.
Project Delivery: Proven track record of delivering multiple complex production-grade projects end-to-end.‍
Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, architecture design, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and application monitoring.‍
AI-Driven Mindset: Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Comfortable using AI for code generation and test creation while maintaining the ability to critically evaluate, improve, and validate AI-generated outputs.‍
Product Ownership & Execution Mindset: Ability to design and implement features and modules end-to-end. Proactive, solution-oriented approach to software development. Capable of taking a user story, refining requirements, structuring the implementation plan, and delivering a complete solution.‍
Security Awareness: Ability to evaluate software solutions from both business value and security perspectives. Experience working with applications handling sensitive clinical or healthcare-related data is highly valued.‍
‍English Language Skills: English proficiency at B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in an international project environment.
