Brief description of the subject of the contract:
The object of the contract is to select the Bidder who will be entrusted with the work related to developing the CAMEL (Cloud Application Modeling and Execution Language) extension to support migration to the Serverless Computing model, as part of the project "Support for serverless applications in a multi-cloud environment ", Co-financed by the Eurostars-2 program.

In writing (in person, by post or courier) at the headquarters of the Employer at Jana Chrystian Szucha 8 in Warsaw

The offer should be submitted on the offer form constituting Annex 1 to this inquiry.
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The tenderer may change or withdraw his offer before the deadline for submission of offers.
In the course of evaluation of offers, the Contracting Party may request tenderers to provide clarifications regarding the content of submitted offers.
The contracting authority can not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation and delivery of the offer.

The Bidder is in full risk of non-delivery of the offer.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change all or part of the inquiry and the offer form before the deadline for submission of offers.
The Ordering Party reserves the right at any time to cancel the request for quotation without providing a reason.

ORDER DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the contract:
The subject of the project, implemented by the Employer as part of the Eurostars program, is to develop a platform supporting migration, optimization and software management in the Serverless Computing model in a multi-cloud environment, i.e. with the flexible use of resources of different suppliers.

Acting in accordance with the principle of fair competition and equal treatment of contractors, 7bulls.com Sp. z o.o. announces the procedure in the request for proposal to select the Contractor for the work including defining and creating CAMEL (Cloud Application Modeling and Execution Language) extensions, allowing the description of the application and its requirements in a manner independent of the specific provider, and, consequently, implementing applications in different environments and optimization of its operation depending on the characteristics and requirements set by the user. CAMEL is a domain programming language developed under the PaaSage project (https://paasage.ercim.eu), financed by the H2020 program and available in the open source model under the Mozilla Public License (MPL) 2.0 license. The development of extensions of individual CAMEL language components will allow its use to support applications running in the Serverless Computing model.

Ordered object:
The detailed scope of tasks planned for implementation by the Contractor includes:
Documenting CAMEL language extensions necessary to obtain software support in the Serverless Computing model;
Documenting text syntax modification of the CAMEL language necessary to obtain support for language extensions developed for the Serverless Computing model;
Updating the CAMEL language documentation and instructional materials based on the developed extensions;
Substantive support and participation in work related to the development of software that provides support for the implementation of applications operating in the serverless architecture in the multi-cloud model in the form of extensions to individual components included in the PaaSage platform
Substantive support and participation in work related to the implementation of the developed technology as part of a fully functional platform prototype created as part of the "Functionizer" project
Substantive support and participation in work related to verification of the effectiveness of the developed solution in laboratory conditions and near-real conditions
Substantive support for other team members responsible for software development of the platform created as part of the "Functionizer" project
Preparing user manual and cookbook for CAMEL Language
