AI QA Lead

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Defining quality criteria in our solutions.
• Supporting the development of new testing tools.
• Evaluating tools and ensuring quality across our products.
• Occasionally assisting with testing in current projects (QA team management, testing, automation).
• Analyzing product functionalities and developing testing strategies.
• Creating test scenarios (including functional and regression tests).
• Conducting manual and exploratory testing and reporting results.
• Preparing input/output data for AI-assisted tests and analyzing their effectiveness.
• (Bonus) Experience with modern testing tools.

Our perfect match:

• Has solid knowledge of SQL.
• Has experience in test automation using Java and Python.
• Has experience in defining quality criteria.
• Has at least 4 years of experience in software testing.
• Is familiar with different test types: functional, regression, integration.
• Has API testing skills.
• Is an open-minded approach to AI as a support tool.
• Has knowledge of BDD and Cucumber (Gherkin).
• Has practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Has ability to work in Agile environments (XP, Scrum, Kanban) and with small interdisciplinary teams.
• Has very good command of English, both spoken and written.
