Electronic workflow system
Workflow system is a tool which allows to centralize customer information and contacts with the possibility of determining rights of access to data for individual employees. The task of this platform is digitization, electronic archiving, classification of documents and efficient management. Thanks to the system, you can efficiently plan expenditure and costs and better control how the information within the company.
Workflow system usually consists of several different elements, so that all may be better suited to the needs and nature of the business. All of these subsystems exchange data basing on a common CRM module and organizational structure management module.
Through recorded history of changes it is possible to track each document and operations related to it. This allows you to monitor the progress of the work on it, eg for the purchase of specific goods or services.
Those responsible for the transaction may at any time to verify the status of the contract, check that has already been booked, and even determine where in the office currently is located.
Given the need to adjust the workflow to the needs of a specific organization's implementation and the implementation takes place in stages. To complete the project must perform the following actions:
- analysis of business requirements related to the functionality provided by different systems,
- designing an integrated system,
- implementation and pilot implementation of the chosen one of the components of the system,
- implementation of further elements of the target system, while integrating with the already operational structures and other systems used in the company (eg CRM).
